Aishwarya Prakash Pandey is a highly motivated Software Technology Lead with over 11 years of experience in IT development, maintenance, and testing of applications using different web technologies. She is currently working as a Technology Lead at Synechron, where she is leading multiple module development teams and guiding them to improve their coding and querying techniques. Aishwarya is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with her team but can also work independently. In her current role, Aishwarya ensures on-time delivery of tasks by motivating and encouraging team members. She communicates with project managers, CTOs, and clients across several geographies to gather requirements, design analysis, and improvements. She also researched available and incoming products to decide if they would be suitable for the project rather than building a completely new system. She worked with designers and developers to explain the structure and assisted them throughout the assembly process. Aishwarya holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
